Mandatory training sessions – Demystifying the New Era system

Dear colleagues,

The New Era system represents a significant leap forward in the provision of advisory services. Now that the tool is fully up and running, it is time to ensure we all have a clear understanding of the system’s purpose and functionalities.

Mandatory training has therefore been organised to present the recent improvements and debunk any myths and misconceptions about the system. To ensure an interactive and personalised experience, 8 sessions of up to 30 participants will be held

between Monday 30 September and Friday 4 October
